Huntsman says that he thinks private funding is better -- more efficient and more responsible -- than government funding here, but sings a different tune to get back at Lee.

It also sounds like what he's talking about is more the automatic spending cuts or sequestration, than a government shutdown. That's a line that Democrats have been pushing, but it's not clear to me whether it actually has to do with the feared shutdown, or just Washington's usual chaotic way of doing things.
