Try that in the private sector and see how many "chances you are given" union or no union!!!

Just another reason for abolishing the right to unionize when you are working and being paid by the public sector pig trough.

Wisconsin may be like NJ (where it isn’t even a misdemeanor - strictly a driving offense); she must be uninsurable at a certain point. I think strike 3 in NJ is a 10 year suspension.
