There is NO outbreak of ebola in the US or the UK....all cases in the US and the UK have been contracted in Africa in countries which HAVE OUTBREAKS.....use some logic here
If you define ‘outbreak’ that way, that makes sense, I suppose.

I don’t know what the technical medical definition of the term “outbreak” is; however, your statement above is incorrect; as the 2 nurses in Dallas contracted Ebola here in the U.S. while treating an West African patient. There was also the nurse in Spain who contracted Ebola under similar conditions while treating a priest who had contracted the disease in West Africa.
That said, excluding health care workers, there have been no known cases of Ebola Zaire infection amongst the general public outside of the African continent; which, I believe is the point you were trying to make.
