It would take more than a .22 pistol to make feel “fully armed” It would take less than a .22 pistol to make me reasonably believe, as a reasonable citizen, that a violent perpetrator was putting me in imminent danger of death or grave bodily harm.

When I saw this story last night on a Baltimore news station, I said, “That guy is a dead man”. The police may wind up getting some good intel from him, but the gang will find him and kill him. I hope he does not have a family.
This is the same gang that was actually running one of the prisons in Baltimore City. Drugs and other contraband were brought into the jail, and the gang leader who was incarcerated there even had female friends there working as prison guards. He impregnated a few of them.

People who break the law then claim they were merely “testing” the system deserve the opportunity to then “test” our criminal justice system. Then “test” our penal system for 5-10 years.
