So that would be around $60 billion for the two-year community college program. $340 billion over 10 years.

And that's assuming average college tuition remains at $3,800 over ten years. I predict it will double in three years with all that "free" federal money coming in.

Remeber that arrogant pos promised also what the American people would save $2800 on their health care bill a year. We know how that turned out, don't we?
