Muslims apparently are required to live within a certain distance from a mosque.

"Moderate Muslims" can actually live anywhere. Just another form of colonization. The "moderate" muslims are basically pioneers scoping out new territory. They have their 17 year old arranged-marriage brides although they only take one wife when they are 30 or so. They travel an hour or more on weekends to get to the mosque and be with the rest of the cult.
