There's something more to this. I assume they took blood tests on each of the guys when they returned.

Hazmat for gun shot wound....never heard of that...

Basic haztmat protocals = gloves and stuff like that.

I was kinda wondering the same thing. How and who determined that a Hazmat team needed to be dispatched? If the person who found the body knew that this person had just recently been in West Africa, that might make sense. Is the Army monitoring the police bands trying to catch these incidents before anyone can get wise to what is up with these returning service members?
