Jimmy Carter is overdue for obscurity.
Long ago, Rush Limbaugh said Carter pulling a Dylan Thomas (yeah, I know, it was about the elder Thomas...), and not go gentle into that good obscurity was prompted by Roslyn Carter's jealousy of all the nice eulogies people gave at Richard Nixon's funeral.
I guess Jimmy figures he has to make up for that lost four years denied him by the great unwashed voters.
Quite frankly, Clinton (or was it Bush41?), should have yanked his passport when Carter interfered in Haiti way back. Clinton probably didn't do it, in order to let Carter cause trouble for future administrations.
