Primarily... but the 'religion' part shores up the political part. If you disagree with a politician in this country you're disagreeing with a person. In Muslim cultures when the Imam gives his 'blessing' you're disagreeing with Allah. It's an evil system.
The outcome of any such situation at your level is totally dictated by Duke's WEALTHY CONTRIBUTORS and what they WANT and DON'T want.

I’m trying to suggest the only way America can deal with them legally that still respects freedom of religion. I’m not trying to fight you for an opinion.
I’m saying, charge Muslims with treason and get them out of our country or in federal prisons because they ARE committing treason. They are not practicing freedom of religion.
I don’t want to disagree with you but it’s not against the law for people to want changes in the law. That would include changes by any group. If we want that different we would have to pass a law making it different.
