No the so-called ‘conservatives’ (small’c’) are simply RINOs with their souls removed and shipped south.
Given what is happening in America, and how little most people seem to care, I’d say actual conservatives are a very small fraction of the population. Not sure we have even 50: “And the LORD said, ‘If I find at Sodom fifty righteous in the city, I will spare the whole place for their sake.’”
