Actually, we can show someone health stats and talk about those, such as rising cholesterol blood levels and heart attacks, among other health issues. Or how about ask about how it feels. Because I gained and lost a little bit of weight when I was about 28 years old. It wasn’t pleasant, and I did got notified about the weight gain by my doctor, who also asked me about my fitness, which when I answered honestly. TBH, I am not one of those miracle weight loss stories, nor am I still, weighing in at about 210 lbs and 6’1”, but life does feel better, an less depressing, with excercise, an I am glad my doctor asked those questions that he did.
