Sure, but they will also adjust their behavior accordingly. We don’t hear about many crimes perpetrated by blacks in wealthy liberal neighborhoods; in fact, blacks aren’t even permitted in such enclaves. NJ has plenty of libs, but they are only liberal on all things but race.
