Of course we do. We have for decades. We do it because we do the same thing here. Foreign nationals who happen to be members of their respective militaries who commit crimes on US soil are tried by American courts.

Three soldiers accused of rape and murder in Yusufiyah, Iraq in 2006 were court martialed, three others who had left the military before charges were filed were tried in civilian court in...Kentucky.

So I’m not clear on exactly what you meant when you said “of course we do”.
