Open borders work both ways. Declare Mexico a failed state and occupy it, close the borders. Clean out that rats nest and reeducate these people. We are willing to do that in Iraq why not Mexico?
Good point. Mexico has become something of a lawless nation due to the strong military forces of the drug cartels. Mexico has what we might call no go zones in which the drug cartels are the law and are in control.
