The formula is to accrue lots of unused vacation time, then in the last year of employment, use that vacation time to amass overtime pay which becomes the ending salary retirement is computed from. The icing on the cake is then to doctor shop to get a diagnosis of a ‘work related injury’ and receive additional disability payments. A big wink-wink nudge-nudge of monstrous proportions that goes on everyday in this country.
