But the principle of whether only some have the Right will be tested (in which case there is no equal protection under the law). Pity the baker...

Exactly, and I don’t pity the baker, because I have no doubt that she supported the abrogation of the right of the Christian bakeries to do likewise. I’ll apologise if it comes out that I’m wrong.
