They must have rooms full of these “useful idiots” who sit around thinking up these gubmint scams. There has got to be a way to head them off at the pass.
If you don’t have the brains to obtain the relatively cheap community college education today, why would we have any confidence as a society that you’d do anything beneficial with it if it were free?
The only possible outcome is that it will completely dilute the current value of such an education.
