I don't believe it was an exercise accident. But I wouldn't go so far as to assume that someone kicked his @ss. Or if they did, it wasn't necessarily a bunch of his mob friends sending him a message.

From the time this incident was first reported I assumed he was either falling-down drunk, or was standing-up drunk and got roughed up for running his mouth or grabbing some dude's @ss in a public men's room.

You KNOW if it was a deficient piece of gym equipment, that old SOB would already have lawsuit in the works, OSHA, EPA the CPB and whoever on the ass of the company who manufactured it. He’s too greedy and powerful to let something like this slip by.
