That doesn’t make sense. If you’re raped why would you wait until late in the pregnancy to seek an abortion?

AT MOST there are about five thousand pregnancies a year as the result of rape. This law will make that a joke and it will be impossible to prosecute actual rapes because the police will assume the woman just made it up to have an abortion.
The bottom line is that there should NEVER be a "rape exception" because the child is innocent of the father's crime.
