No ex post facto laws - it’s right there in the Constitution.

No new laws needed. Enforce existing law.

And throw away the key (or charge them for the bullet).

we have existing laws that nobody uses.

even if passed it will not be used except against those the admin disapproves of.

nice gesture but again, will go nowhere.

doesn’t matter if it gets passed if nobody will use it. issa didn’t do sh1t. kabuki.

You cant call taiban terrorists...you cant profile criminals based on race or ethnicity, even though their race or ethnicity is statistically identified with the crime, because God forbid, you might stop detain and frisk a little obama...but it’s supposed to be ok for an agent y of our government, that is supposed to be in our service, to use its tax provided financial re source and if z privileged position,to target harass intimidate, in an attempt to stifled the political speech of a specific group that is exercising its constitutionally protected speech, because it is opposition to entrenched bureaucrats.You’re damn right the IRS NEEDS TO BE CRIMINALY LIABLE FOR TARGETING HONESt POLITICALLY Engaged usa red whit and blue citizens.
