You mean “nature” is killing dogs? Surely there must be some lawn/agricultural runoff causing these algae blooms. Or not. I just remember a local town doing research a few years back on the potential consequences of running a septic overflow into a nearby lake. I figured it would be blue-green algae blooms. I figured right.
