"Many people were inconvenienced by the Montgomery bus boycotts. Do you think Rosa Parks should pay restitution for that?"

1) Rosa Parks is dead, so the question is moot
2) Rosa Parks herself did not instigate the Montgomery bus boycotts.
3) The boycott was not illegal.
4) No one was inconvenienced by the boycott. The buses ran as scheduled albeit with fewer passengers.

Nice try to wrap yourselves in historical feel-good though.

Those who engaged in the boycott inconvenienced themselves by walking or paying for taxi service instead of taking public transit. They didn’t prevent others on the buses from going to work or shopping.
These activists think that they have the right to shut down a society in order to get their way, and then not have the consequences anyone else has.
Society literally becomes paralyzed if we have any political group that can blockade roads, railways and sidewalks until they get what they want - to heck with people needing to earn a living or save lives getting to the hospital.
