Most of the Bakken crude is now carried to market via far more dangerous shipments by BNSF Railway Co., which has more than 1,000 miles of tracks in the region. BNSF was bought by Obama's favorite one-percenter, Warren Buffett, in 2010. It still will. The pipeline isn't going to those markets.
The rail lines run predominantly east and west out here.
Those same rail lines have hauled everything from Anhydrous Ammonia to HF to explosives, and nobody whined then.
Just keep the trains on the rails and don't run them into each other.
