A Taiwanese flight carrying 58 people banked sharply onto its side, clipped a highway bridge, and careened into a shallow river today shortly after taking off from Taipei, killing at least 23 people and leaving 20 missing, officials said.

The movie shows what appears to be a classic stall.
Appears the pilots just let the airspeed get a little too low, after which the laws of physics have rude surprises in store.
Getting a little worried about some of the pilots in that area of the world.
Looks like his flaps weren’t extended for takeoff, either.
When the aircraft first appears it has enough altitude to recover form a power on stall. The nose did seem to be in a up attitude. Really bad pilot then.
I used Google street view to look up where he crashed. He had power lines right in front of him.
Most airplanes use only a few degrees of flaps or none at all for takeoff. For example on airplane “X”, landing can be as much as 40 degrees while takeoff is 5 degrees. The plane seems to have a few degrees of flaps extended.
Looks like the engine on the left wing isn’t operating.
Will “Allahu Akbar” be heard on the cockpit voice recorder?
