I can agree with that position, but that is not the position Walker stated. He thinks we only need to worry about making legal immigration easier, and we won’t need to worry about security. I didn’t make that up, I quoted his own words right there in my post.

The statement you quoted could be taken that way. I do admit that much of what he states on the subject is looser than it should be. He's not going to be Santorum or Cruz on this issue, but he won't be Jeb Bush, either. Walker likes to set an agenda and stick to it. He doesn't freelance. If the House or Senate take the lead (haha) he might deal with it then. I just don't see him doing a lot either way on this.
