I was working at Fort Leonard Wood when the Joplin, Missouri tornado came through that nearby community.
As I recall, Brian showed up the next day and he did it because he got his start as a weatherman on Joplin TV or so he said on the broadcast. Actually his bio says that after dropping out he got a job with a TV station in nearby Pittsburg, KS.
Anyway, he showed up and exclaimed, I can’t believe that we aren’t doing anything about global warming that is causing these.
Which is really pretty funny since Missouri has had large tornado’s for hundreds if not thousands of years Joplin getting hit a number of times in my lifetime.
His knee jerk leftists thinking and self-injecting nature was gross.
And his “I saved a puppy” story.
Which makes him your typical network "journalist".
