Don't know why they call it breaking news. I remember learning this as a fact way back in high school (a half century ago). Russia has never made a treaty they didn't break.

Obama should know about breaking things.

Obama is known for his veracity and faithfulness.
I wonder how Merkel felt listening to him.

Our narcissist projecting again. He happens to be right this time. I wonder when he'll apologize to Mittens.

Just follow this with a clip of Obama telling Medvedev about all the ‘flexibility’ he’ll have after conning his way through his last election.

And what’s he going to do about it? He can whine and cry all he wants and Putin will just slap him again. Putin knows Obama’s number at this point.

If this is true, it is a really a big deal. A US President allegedly just told NATO that the Russian government is comparable to the 1938 Nazi regime of Germany in terms of its promises to foreign governments. Hitler and Goebbels put it:
"A treaty is just a scrap of paper." "Who compels us to keep the promises we make?"
The US government has effectively told the EU that we'll provide overt military aid to the Ukraine unless the EU imposes economic sanctions on Russia which will be effectively fatal for Putin's regime. Obama told the Euros to put up or shut up and live with the consequences.
They can either cease funding Russian military aggression or they can have a hot war on their doorstep. And it is a Democratic Presidential Admnistration rubbing the Europeans' noses in it.
I am truly surprised to see Obama, of all people, doing this.

It’s breaking news to liberals, because they are ignorant with regards to history.

This is truly amazing to watch. Putin doesnt give a rip, and Obama is crying like a little baby.
All Putin has to do is say that the world had better thing about taking Obama seriously since he is a illegitimate president.
Then watch the heads explode.
The two most corrupt leaders ever since Hitler and Stalin...except, one is smarter than the other.

Right Sector’s Yarosh, today:
“We Decided to reject any ceasefire until we beat Russia”
This is the same guy that moved Right Sector troops and Armor into the Donetsk Airport, leading to months of fighting, and hundreds of deaths, after the Ukrainian Army pulled out of it, in COMPLIANCE with the Minsk Agreement.
IMHO, there can be, and will be, no peace in Ukraine until the Nazi’s are no longer part of the picture.
