For the most part the city and northern areas haven't changed that much. Some areas of the city have been overrun with illegals and they are grijalva's support base.
Gerrymandering his district has given him the border from Tucson to Yuma and man, does he suck up to those demographics.

The president created this when, rather than politely accept the invitation to hear the address, and rather than politely extend a dinner invitation to the prime minister, threw a public tantrum and then insisted that his minions join in. So far his minions total 10. Point, Boehner, Netanyahu, and sanity.
Since Obama already has his campaign team over in Israel campaigning for Netanyahu’s opponent, his claim that he doesn’t want to influence the election is laughable. He very much intends to influence the election. Nevertheless, Netanyahu has something very important to say publicly to congress before Obama signs off on his agreement with Iran and sells us out.
