Well I for one think that was her reason, for bowing out at the (very) last moment last go-around.
I expect she will run this time.
(nothing to base this on however, just optimism)
She’s young. She won’t run for another 8 years. Her rough edges will all be cut and polished by then. AND her children will be grown
