From a legal standpoint what would it matter “if Americans are ready?” The unspoken assumption she appears to hold is that it is the job of the USSC to impose upon us whatever their personal views of morality are so long as they can get away with it.

Wow.. she sounds *exactly* like a spokeswoman for one of those homosexual rights organizations, with that whole “the homos are your sons, daughters, brothers, sisters” rhetoric.
Not very neutral of her to say these things while a case is pending, although I have zero faith that she’d recuse herself.
If this is passed there are no more boundaries in our Voting system,
and voting will be meaningless.

With as close as this fossil is to meeting her maker you'd think she'd be a little more circumspect in her pronouncements. Whatever circumspect means.
Maybe she doesn't know what happens to those who lead others astray. Hopefully there's someone who cares enough about her to tell her while she still has time to, oh, I don't know, repent.
I have no doubt, although I think we’ll see these policies via judicial fiat more than via actual legislation. The Democrat Party hasn’t won many elections, so they’re relying on their judicial nominees to do some of their most egregious dirty work.
Reid and Obama knew that they had a limited window in which to work, which is why they rammed through as many judges as they could in the time they had, even going so far as to rig the confirmation process in the Senate by neutering the filibuster. Now, a full 1/3rd of the federal judiciary is Obama-appointed, so we’ll be paying for his re-election for decades.
The Dems stated their goals and went after them. I wish the GOP had the same killer instinct.. instead of flinching at its own shadow.
