One of the hardest working individuals ever to play in college and pro sports. In spite of having tremendous natural talent, he practiced relentlessly. Younger athletes need to understand that the glitz and bling aren’t a substitute for hard work, they’re the result of hard work.

After reading the article my impression is that Mr Sanders intent is good, but like many of us, his choices of those he trusts are flawed.
