The BATFE “proposal” doesn’t meet legal scrutiny of what constitutes an AP rifle round fired out of a “handgun”. They know as well as everyone else that the M855 is not “armored piercing,” and that because it may be fired out of a “AR Pistol” does not gives them justification to ban a very common the centerfire rifle round.

yes; it’s not armor piercing per se but it certainly will pierce steel and vests (”armor”?) I am astonished there is not more of a cry about it. Maybe if therte’s nothing on the teevee nex’ week?
