Rabbit meat is OK, but there are too many bones...or should I say, not enough meat on the bones.
C’mon now. They’s meat on them bones. Less you been eatin’ starvin’ rabbits.
Gut it, skin it, cut into pieces, marinade with mix of soy sauce, whiskey, garlic, and sugar overnight. Bread, fry in bacon fat. Serve with taters and...of course....carrots.
You're just suppose to eat the ears..... :)
