yeah, maybe the pilots need more training.... 64 killed is nothing relative to the costs of flying the mission, and the politicians need a different vision. Loss of life should have exceeded 210~!

1) .. they need to change out the delivery of munitions
2) .. also change the munitions

Either way, its a good starting point for Egypt!
