I can’t find the info now but I’ve read that the MTBA has an underfunded liability problem on par with the debt that kneecapped Detroit.

Unions are special.

They have to have a proper quotient of People shoveling and People leaning on their Shovels watching.

I think the current guidelines indicate a 3 to 1 ratio.
