I wouldn't be surprised.
All the ingredients for an unintended discharge would be there.
Light trigger, no manual safety, jiggling, pushing and pulling.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a Glock, Beretta, or whatever. You must maintain trigger discipline at all times. No exceptions, otherwise you are being mortally careless.
The Glock DA trigger is anything but “light”. It’s a long, relatively heavy pull. I can’t shoot my Model 23 without a lot of practice.
I have a paddle holster that the piece snaps into & protects the trigger. Can’t imagine that working with a deep carry holster.
