Courtesy of the Republican Congress/Boehner/McDonnell. McDonell could get rid of the filibuster, like Reid did, and stop all this cold. Obama would be forced to veto, in plain sight, and he and the Democrats and the media could not open their mouths.
I think he's afraid to do so, what with Lindsey Graham and John McLame saying they'd side with the Dimocrats on this issue.
