In a high profile tax case involving the IRS eight years ago, he was convicted and sent to prison in what many believed to be a tax evasion conviction. However, Mr. Hovind and his wife, who also served time in prison, were never actually convicted of tax evasion. The primary charge they were convicted on was an IRS law called structuring. This law prohibiting structuring was allegedly designed to catch people involved in drug trafficking, and who were withdrawing more than $10,000.00 in cash from their bank account. The law requires that the bank file a report with the government on anyone withdrawing more than $10,000.00 in cash from their own bank account.Yeah. Sounds like a real threat.

Yes, because we should believe EVERYTHING that the lying felonious, incompetent, malicious scum in the IRS tell us.

Kent Hovind is in jail while Obama and Hillary walk around giving us the finger everyday.

Looking at his Wikipedia, sound like he was living off cash from his business without reporting it as income, all the while owing back taxes and not paying them.
Sounds like he is a bit of a kook, but the IRS and Federal prosecutors are completely corrupt.
Hard to know ...
