Actually, the real question is: Will the Republican House of Representatives vote to disqualify her from taking office citing “high crimes and misdemeanors” (HC&M) while SoS? What she has done could be a text-book definition of HC&M.
THAT is the class that would have standing in a court case (unlike Orly Taitz, et. al. in the Obamugabe cases).
