The liberal media told us over and over that John McCain was the only republican that could win in a general election. How did that work out for us?
The sad thing is that, given the GOP field in 2008, they were probably right. Particularly after Fred Thompson imploded.
Same with 2012 and Romney.
We’re fortunate this cycle in having two top-notch Conservative candidates in Cruz and Walker. Neither is perfect, but both are magnitudes better than anyone else in the last two cycles.
