The Justice Department says it won't prosecute former Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of an unarmed black 18-year-old that led to weeks of protests.
Federal officials concluded there was no evidence to disprove Wilson's testimony that he feared for his safety, nor was there reliable evidence that Michael Brown had his hands up when he was shot.

Just checked weather.com for Ferguson. Cold for a few more days, but will warm up and be sunny this weekend. Good time to go get a new t.v. and some beauty supplies.

Almost wish they would have tried it. But glad someone pulled their head out for some fresh air and figured out it would have been an epic fail.
So...now DOJ is out to “get” the whole Ferguson PD.
Holder et al have tied themselves to a narrative, and making it real is their imperative - regardless of who/what they have to destroy to achieve it.

They threw the poop on the wall yesterday by virtually indicting the Ferguson PD, today they say there is nothing to Wilson’s conduct.
