I can’t blame Republicans for Keystone XL. They’ve done what they could do under the constraints the Constitution places on them.

What else can be done?

They can continue putting this bill to the White House and Obama can veto it till his pen runs out of ink but the results will be the same.

First off, they can arrest the POS imposter in the White House. Until that happens, they are spineless, worthless worms.
