If the email is on her server, can the State release them? (I don’t know zip about this stuff).

A warrant for all her emails and electronic correspondence from the FISA court would resolve any questions.

That is what the FISA court does every day to Americans correspondence they want to look at. Hillary, the State Dept., her lawyers, Attorney General, have nothing to say about it. The court orders the Internet Service Provider to turn it all over. (The ISP).

The real sticky wicket here is the thousands of counts of federal law she is in violation of regarding her using personal email for government (and sensitive state department info) business. This makes Hillary worse than Edward Snowden.
