Babies have survived at 21 weeks 5 days. If the child can survive out of the womb, even without the ‘Christian definition’, it is murder. Even liberal NY Mayor Ed Koch called it infanticide.
Next stop, some unelected judge, who will throw the whole thing out.
I wish I could feel better about this and applaud West Virginia’s elected for doing the right thing.
The current W.VA Governor may be the last Democrat elected to statewide office in that State with the possible exception of Manchin (Not a real Democrat)who remains very popular there.
