If Bill really believes that you should disclose everything and then let people make their judgements, why is it that so many scandals of the Clinton administration revolved around information not being disclosed???

If he really believes this, why didn’t he disclose what Monica and he were up to. He maintained that he didn’t have sexual relations based on some very tortured definition of that term. If he really believes in full disclosure, why didn’t he say what Monica sucked on and what he did the with the cigar, and let people make their own judgements then???
