Oh, so now you want to categorize what is and isn’t free speech?
Then you don’t really believe in the first amendment do you.
If these guys didn’t open their yaps they would have been racists in silence, which is far more dangerous.
They outed themselves by using the very right you would deny them.
You think that would help? It wouldn’t.
Let me put this in perspective and ask you a simple question:
You own a company. You plan a company picnic. All your employees get on a bus that you've rented for them and you are all on your way to the picnic. On the way, your employees break out into the chants that these frat guys were yelling. Someone posts this on YouTube and it goes viral. Do you fire them? It's a Yes or No question.
