When has any congress ever stopped any president from giving away foreign aid? I agree with you. I’m just saying... we have this jerk for another year and 9 months. Then the next president can do whatever he wants with Iran.
First of all, I don't think we have a that long before war breaks out in the Middle East, and possibly world wide.
Secondly, Obama's thugs and their media allies are already floating prepatory language about Obama sticking around longer than 2 terms (the Constitution under Obama is now null and void in both practice and in reality).
Finally, if there is a global crisis (economic, nuclear, etc), I firmly believe Obama will simply declare we can't wait for elections and he will "lead" us, but "only as long as this crisis lasts."
