The IRS is probably auditing this judge back to the fetus.

Obama made his amnesty announcement on Thursday Nov 20, 2014 and the Judge signed the order Monday Feb 16, 2015.

Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays in 2014 left at most in 2014 only 18 regular work days for application acceptance, review and card issuance. Jan and Feb 2015 had 30 regular work days before the injunction order was signed.

So there were at most 38 regular work days between Obama’s announcement and the preliminary injunction. With 100,000 cards issued, that is an average of more than 2600 applications, application reviews completed, card issuances. With 3 regional DHS/ICE centers and about 20 employees per center, each employee would have to review and approve more than 45 applications per day or about 6 applications per hour. And that’s not even counting the training on the procedures they would have to undertake in order to do their jobs effectively.

And to do their jobs, federal workers would need identifying documents on the illegal’s applications. Recall Obama met with Mexican President Nieto to agree on cooperating on getting the necessary ‘identifying documents’ for each applicant. Mexican consulates have been making documents. That takes even more time from the possible 38 regular work days.

I call BS on the numbers.

‘100,000’ seems like a contrived number.

Likely no one will know the real number until discovery is underway and then expect Obama’s lawyers to drag their feet because the narrative right now is likely a big fat lie. This means card issuance may still be going on behind the scenes unless the state investigators have them watched and put the kibosh on them.

The US Marshals can do even more.

Texas AG Paxton likely got an investigative report that cards were being manufactured. Senator Cruz said that was the case in the media. And he said the cards were counterfeit. These are some real serious violations.

When Obama’s lawyers got the word the counterfeit was uncovered, they stepped forward and said it was true but only ‘100,000’. I’m not buying it. I think they are trying to create uncertainty while there is a secret ongoing operation to continue issuing the cards. The applications are likely being rubber-stamped without substantial review.

Judge Hanen was said to have asked early on last January at the first hearing when the federal government would begin taking applications. He was told February 18. IF they told him the truth that at the time there was ongoing application processing and card issuance, THEN like Judge Hanen would have ordered a halt right then and there, with a ruling on the Preliminary Injunction to be made later.

Every lawyer in good standing knows that when a motion for TRO or preliminary injunction is filed, you stop right then and there, go no further, until the judge has heard arguments and made the ruling.

But Obama’s lawyers lied. They said nothing was planned until February 18. They misled the judge. Because they are lawyers representing the government, they cannot make the excuse that they did not know. They will still get hammered by the facts whether or not they knew.

Now the question is whether the applications are still being reviewed and/or if the card makers are ignoring the application approval process and just taking photos and typing in names, sex and birhdates, card issuance and expiration dates etc. What’s going on? Hopefully investigators have them monitored. Because it could be a whole lot more than 100,000 if it continues.

I see brewing a large investigation by Texas Rangers and other State LEOs working with US Marshals. The US Marshals can also cover states that are not part of the 26-state lawsuit. Hopefully, arrests will be made soon. Arrests will have a chilling effect on the whole matter. And it will for sure affect the Appellate Judges who will hear the appeal.

Praying for Judge Hanen and all the LEOs involved.
