I wonder what the chances are of the full circuit court overturning his stay? To me it would seem like a hard case to make for the Justice Dept.
All the judge is asking for is time to review the 26 state case and wants no non reversible actions implemented until he has had time to work on his decision.
No chance whatsoever:
the 5th Circuit in New Orleans does not suffer fools gladly, especially not the sort who would lie to a court in their district, or issue demands to one.
