From reading articles on the matter, I think it’s a hormonal thing at birth. Which would explain why so many female homosexuals are aggressive and into sports and so many male homos are effeminate and into decorating and fashion.

IOW, it's an imbalance that can be corrected just like lowering blood pressure or insulin. Whether you play sports, design fashion and where you put your ding-a-ling is still choice.
